POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is for a Contract- Business Analyst for the Knowledge Management- OTC project.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
Purpose of this project is to build the Knowledge templates for Commercial and Industrial service areas, which can then be used by CRC agents and be integrated with Salesforce for OTC (Order to Cash).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business requirement elicitation
- User story creation and grooming in Rally.
- Business solution validation with QA team
- Creating workflows, mapping documents, mockups, and other project artifacts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years Business Analysis experience
- SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of Business Analysis
- DB Visualizer
- SQL Server Management Studio
- Rally, Jira
