Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: Lima, OH area

Our customer has asked us to partner with them in finding a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their organization.  This position is a growth role.  They have multiple plants spanning the US and Mexico and should this individual succeed at the site in Ohio, they will move up and take on multiple sites for the organization. 

They are seeking an experienced HR manager that has a skill set in HR, including benefits administration, compliance, and a strategic mindset for organizational growth. This individual will need to have experience in the Automotive industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, associate relations, performance management, in-house and on-site clinics and payroll.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and associate wellness initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational growth and associate engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience in HR leadership roles in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.
