Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION

Short term assignment 3 – 6 months, will wrap up in June as the project is completed. Will be helping the team with Admin tasks as needed. Need someone to jump in with high initiative who is adaptable and can work on many tasks at once. Will be completing Global implementation. They will be managing rate log, tracking down action items and holding people accountable for their tasks. Mix of Agile and Waterfall. Someone who has worked as a PM in a Manufacturing background would be a plus. Looking for someone with great social skills and a “get it done” attitude who is not afraid to jump in with little direction. Must be in Cleveland and willing to work in office on hybrid schedule.
Application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience to achieve project scope of delivering an Enterprise Onboarding MVP, delivering a guided workflow experience for new hires, managers & process stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
5-10 Years Experience
Desired Skills:
Task management, scheduling, coordination of testing activities, follow through, assisting with administrative tasks, status reporting, communications.
