Title: Developer – Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote (AZ hours)

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be to work on intaking all IT requests, big and small, work with the various IT teams, and prioritize the requests. This individual will work cross-functionally with Cyber & Audit teams. This individual will prepare weekly roll-ups and forward-looking plans for the IT team, so the IT teams can work more efficiently.

This IT Project Management must have a strong project management background, but be able to work in the weeds, and can be tactical when needed. This project manager should have some experience with audits, and audit requirements.
Must be a quick learner, understand Visio/Lucid (or similar workflow tools), and be able to negotiate and ask why certain requests are required.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and tracks all aspects of external IT requests coming from Cyber & Internal Audit.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong collaboration skills.
  • Works closely with stakeholders and IT leaders to define the vision, scope and delivery timelines for requests.
  • Experience creating and presenting detailed internal and external status reports and tailoring reports appropriately for presentation to the Executive Level.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing information technology projects with emphasis on SOX audits.
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative solutions in a technical environment.
  • Knowledge of PMBOK project management concepts and their application to management of IT projects.
  • Experience in delivering the project within the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification, within the approved budget and other specified criteria.
  • Experience with meeting facilitation and gathering requirements.
  • Experience working in multi-client and multi-vendor environment.
  • Ability to influence others and hold accountable without direct authority.
  • Supports work estimation process in support of development activities.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office, with financial accountability of project forecasts, labor allocation tracking, and non-labor expenses
  • Project Management Institute (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing IT related projects.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with industry standard project management and service delivery methodologies for IT (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, OCM, PMBOK or ITIL a plus).
  • CISA, similar certification, or GRC background.
