Title: QA Tester
Duration: 12 months
Location: Phoenix or Dallas

– Provide functional expertise and solutions for various business scenarios related to payment systems.
– Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure alignment and understanding of business requirements.
– Lead test case design sessions and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
– Execute test cases and ensure thorough testing of payment systems.
– Utilize collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence for documentation and Test case management.
– Work within an Agile Scrum model, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
– Demonstrate expert knowledge of EPP system functionalities including clearance data setup, reference data setup, and payment workflow.
– Facilitate integration with CORE systems and ensure seamless interoperability.
– Possess a strong understanding of Sanctions screening and fraud detection mechanisms.
– Familiarity with end-to-end accounting flows including DDA and GL systems.
– Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure compliance with QA governance standards.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/testing roles within the payment’s domain.
– Expertise in Fiserv’s Enterprise Payment Platform (EPP) is highly preferred.
– Proficiency in ISO 20022 standards.
– Strong understanding of payment types including Wires, ACH, RTP, and Zelle B2C.
– Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies.
– Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to think critically and problem-solve in complex payment scenarios.
– Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks related to payments.
