Title: ServiceNow Architect
Duration: 12 Months +
Location: Remote

The ServiceNow Solution Architect the strategic helm of the ServiceNow Platform, which at company includes IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, as well as Custom Built Applications. They design the trajectory of the platform, work closely with leaders and development teams to architect solutions that align to strategic and operational objectives. They guide development teams best practices for design principles, technical governance, and data management to ensure the scalability and robustness of the Platform. This role requires a vast and deep reservoir of platform knowledge and technical architectural certifications.


  • Main focus is on finalizing the rollout of HRSD to 2 more COEs, migration of knowledge content, virtual agent, CHRO reporting.
  • Heavy focus on new AI related features being rolled out on Platform
  • Understanding of ServiceNow SPM for Demand, Idea, Resource Management, and PPM are a plus as the team is adopting those as well.


  • Strategic planning, solution design, and maintaining a Product roadmap to ensure the future direction of the platform aligns with overarching business and growl goals.
  • Define technical governance and data management strategies with the development team, align development standards with technical governance and industry best practices.
  • Guide development team in crafting innovative solutions within ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, and SecOps, ensure project deliverables match the highest quality and efficiency standards.
  • Direct interface with key business stakeholders, engage with IT and Functional (Business) leads and executives, ensuring the Platform aligns to business objects and is delivering expected value.
  • Ensure platform stability, robustness, and long-term maintainability, foresee and address potential challenges, ensure the Platform remains Agile, robust, and easy to adapt as the business evolves.
  • Creates and maintain technical documentation in Knowledge Base.


  • 8 years’ experience working on the Platform in progressively senior roles.
  • 6 years’ experience building or maintaining Rest APIs.
  • 6 years’ experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML).
  • 6 years’ experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • 4 years’ experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
  • 2 years’ experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • 4 years’ experience architecting complex solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • 4 additional ServiceNow certifications (not micro-certs).
  • Proven experience leading and guiding cross-functional teams in successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
  • Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.


  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Admin.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • ITIL v4 certification.
