Job Description:
This position will have responsibility to provide executive support to C-level executives and their support staff. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the executive staff in the Akron General Office and West Akron Campus.
The successful candidate will display the following attributes:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or associate degree in IT related major or related field, or related work experience
• Minimum of 2 years related-level experience, which includes but is not limited to:
• Direct End User Support
• Experience supporting an executive staff
• Self-starter who is detail-oriented, motivated, focused, and hard-working
• Good communication skills, collaborative
• Customer-service focused
Preferred Knowledge:
• Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise PC support processes and conference room audio/visual equipment to effectively troubleshoot
• Foundational knowledge and prior work experience with enterprise deployment systems such as Microsoft SCCM/Intune
• Ability to learn new concepts in information technology, learn the characteristics of new systems, and update skills to adapt to changing technology
• Ability to evaluate complex systems to define areas for improvement
• Familiarity with working in an IT department with partial outsourcing, a plus but not required
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with capability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience
