Technical Project Lead/Technical Project Manager
Detailed Job Description – highlight 3-5 Must Haves.

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead/Technical Project Manager to assist the Telecom Standardization Project (TSP) Program Management Office (PgMO) / Telecom Engineering Manager with a very large, multi-year Telecom project. Typical hours are 8-5 and this position is remote.  All meetings and Technical Project Lead responsibilities can be handled remotely. 
Responsibilities:
•  Information gathering / Analysis, supporting.
        – IP Telephony (IPT) Site Readiness Assessments (Audits)
        – Analog Site Readiness Assessments (Audits)
        – Emergency Phones – Audits / Analysis / Integration
        – Ancillary Systems – Audits / Analysis / Integration
•  Perform weekly Quality Assurance (QA) within the Telecom Standardization Project, ensuring, all vendor Program / Project Leads are aligned with the TSP PgMO standards.
•  Coordinate Non-TSP Initiatives / Tasks / Projects within Telecom Engineering
•  Align with TSP PgMO standards as it relates to Project Monitoring & Control, reporting, etc.
• Fluent with MS-Office, Word, Excel, Project, etc.
•  Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Ability to manage multiple Initiatives / Projects simultaneously in various stages of completion.
• Excellent knowledge of Telecommunication / Infrastructure environment(s), Information gathering / Analysis, and project management skills.
• Self-Starter / Takes the Initiative (Program Management Office PgMO will direction / support, but candidate needs to work independently with little daily direction after initial learning period)
• Excellent communication skills / Works well in a Team environment 
Work Experience:
o Telecommunications / Infrastructure Technical / Engineering background preferred in one (or multiple) of the following areas: Rolm, Avaya (CS1000x), NEC, Nortel, Intertel, Norstar, Mitel, HiPath.
o Minimum Ten (10) years’ work experience leading Initiatives / Projects within Telecom and/or Infrastructure environments.
o Minimum Five (5) years’ Cisco work experience lead initiatives / Projects within Telecom and/or Infrastructure environments.

Telecommunications / Infrastructure Technical / Engineering background preferred in one (or multiple) of the following areas: Rolm, Avaya (CS1000x), NEC, Nortel, Intertel, Norstar, Mitel, HiPath.
Minimum Ten (10) years’ work experience leading Initiatives / Projects within Telecom and/or Infrastructure environments.
Minimum Five (5) years’ Cisco Voice work experience lead initiatives / Projects within Telecom and/or Infrastructure environments.
Extensive Experience working within a complex organization, driving results in a professional manner.
