Our Managed Services capability and teams are based in our Development Center of Excellence (DCE). The DCE follows certified Agile development methods, and all engagements are staffed with certified scrum masters and scrum teams. Uniquely, we offer our clients the opportunity to decide how the teams are deployed, what times they are available, and how they need to be managed. Teams may be deployed at regular shifts, during your regular business hours so that they are available when your staff are, or however else your business needs to have resources deployed.

We created the Agile Development and Testing Services (ADTS) offering to provide a solution to this common challenge. ADTS resources are based in our Development Center of Excellence (DCE). We have certified scrum masters and scrum teams staffed in this facility and are available to run projects from the DCE or be deployed to our client’s facilities. Additionally, we have clients that use their own development managers and senior business staff to manage our resources directly.

ADTS gives us the ability and capacity to deliver scalable Agile development and testing teams to our clients either on a project basis or to augment our client’s current IT capabilities.

ADTS is designed to scale up or down depending on the resource requirements of our clients. We are able to do this since we manage utilization careful, and also provide a leveraged model if our clients so desire. Ultimately ADTS allows our clients to dial in the appropriate level of support for their specific needs.

We offer a full range of services to help you get the most out of your ERP investment — from minor updates to complete end-to-end solutions. We provide the following services:

  • Understanding which upgrades and patches are important to your implementation is key when it comes to upgrades. Our team will study the upgrade in detail and provide recommendations on the value of doing the upgrade. If you chose to upgrade we will transition you team to the appropriate version, only after careful planning and authorization to do so.
  • There isn’t a one size fits all model when it comes to ERP. Customization are tailored to your specifications. Additional feature development is rationalized against Oracles roadmap and if required our team will work you to custom develop the functionality.
  • Our Global Support organization offers 24/7/365 level 1 to level 3, functional and technical support. We offer flexible timings and engagement models to fit how you do business.
  • When implementing a new ERP instance we focus on aligning business benefits, scope, and quality with your business model, current and future requirements and vision for the organization.
